If you are a reliable, organised and caring Field Care Supervisor we would love to hear from you. You will play an integral part in coordinating the daily communications between the care team and the office team. You will be adaptable, able to relay critical information quickly and efficiently across teams and with senior leadership and be confident and assured in your ability to deliver and supervise the delivery of high-quality care. Part time hours: 20+ per week

What you will be doing:

• Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to Care Assistants, ensuring high performance.

• Onboard new Carers, introduce them to Clients, and assess competency through the Care Certificate.

• Create, update, and review tailored care plans and risk assessments for Clients.

• Monitor and assess clients regularly for satisfaction and quality of care.

• Deliver care calls in emergencies or gaps in the rota and manage on-call telephone support.

• Regular shift pattern of 20+ hours including regular weekend working

• Organise and deliver induction training, assess competency, and address ongoing training needs.

• Facilitate introductions between Clients and new Care Assistants; monitor, supervise, and mentor staff.

What you will need:

• Minimum of 20 working hours per week

• Minimum of two years experience of working within homecare

• Must have driving licence, own car and class 1 business insurance

• Resident in Mid Sussex area

• Proficient in Microsoft office and computer literate

• Experience in customer facing roles

• Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours
