Hours: 40 hours Hours 8.30am - 5pm

Your role:
As a Care Coordinator you’ll be an integral and fundamental part of our office team – managing weekly rotas to ensure the best matched carers visit our vulnerable clients, covering last minute absences and sickness, and updating our bespoke scheduling software to ensure efficient and accurate care delivery and invoicing. Your prompt and excellent communication skills will ensure clients and carers all feel safe and supported. Your duties will include ensuring all special requests and staff holiday applications are processed and managed correctly. This is a fast paced role for someone organised, personable and committed to excellence. Please note that this role is an Office based position.
What we are looking for:
Experience in care coordination or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
Empathy and resilience under pressure
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
