As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and our CareGivers. You’ll ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard while mentoring and guiding our team to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
- Conducting spot checks and field visits to monitor service delivery
- Creating and reviewing individualised care plans
- Providing hands-on support when required
- Delivering shadowing and ongoing coaching for CareGivers
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
Job Requirements
- Resident in the local area (RH15, RH16, RH17, or BN6)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in home care, domiciliary care, or residential care
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care preferred
- Confident communicator with great leadership and people skills
- Flexible to work a irregular shift pattern, including regular weekends and on-call
