Summary
As a Field Care Supervisor at Right at Home Mid Sussex, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This position is essential for ensuring that our CareGivers are supported and equipped to provide compassionate care, contributing to the overall well-being of those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CareGivers in delivering exceptional home care services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided.
- Provide training to CareGivers to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring open communication.
- Collaborate with management to address any concerns or improvements needed in service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the home care or residential care sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.
- Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care
- Regular shift pattern which will include weekend working
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.
- Resident in local area
