An opportunity has arisen within our growing office team for the position of Full Time Care Co-ordinator - a role fundamental to ensuring that our CareGivers are fully supported and that our Clients receive outstanding service.
The key aspects of the role include complete responsibility for efficient scheduling of the visits of CareGivers to Clients, reacting to arrange sickness cover and co-ordinating CareGiver holiday to ensure scheduling needs are safely met.
The successful applicant will be a logistical thinker who is able to prioritise, adapt to changes and deal with pressure with a calm unflappable manner. Full training will be given, but candidates should possess the following key attributes:
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisation.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
