As a Senior Care Leader, you will ensure the highest possible levels of care provision are delivered and maintained by all staff at all times and deliver a variety of care calls as required by the business.
You will take responsibility for Medication Management, as well as supporting and contributing to the training, shadowing and supervision, including spot checks, of existing and new staff in all aspects of their work.
Other duties will include reviews with clients to ascertain satisfaction with service and determine any required changes to care plans and risk assessments, implementing any changes and regularly participating in the out of hours / on call services as well as
Qualifications & Experience Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working within a health and social care setting and are preferred to hold a Level 2 qualification in Adult Health and Social Care and be working towards or willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification.

Highly punctual and reliable at all times.
Well-developed verbal and written communication and IT skills
Ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering excellent care.
The ability to work on own initiative and as a team member.
Supervisory skills with the qualities to lead and motivate a staff team.
Able to demonstrate good organisational and leadership skills.
Hours per week: Minimum 40 hours to include flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends, plus regular on call shifts
Salary: £29,000 per annum, performance and loyalty bonus
