We are seeking compassionate Caregivers/Companions to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidates will have a passion for assisting others and enhancing their quality of life. Please note we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship or Transfer, regardless of experience or financial independence.

Responsibilities

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
• Personal care
• Administering medication
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping
• Housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings
• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

What we offer you

• No experience necessary as full training will be given
• Minimum call times of 45 minutes with most calls being an hour plus
• £13.75 per hour weekdays and £15.75 per hour at weekends.  Uplifts for bank holidays and national holidays.
• Limited territory so you never have too far to drive between calls

Applicant must have:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Competent driver with a valid UK driving license and use of a car for work

- Right to work in UK without sponsorship·

- a genuine passion to want to help others

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
